The MERC network operates under the requirements of DFAR Clause 252.204-7012 to allow for the protection and processing of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

The MERC network is subject to monitoring at all times, and use of the MERC network constitutes consent to such monitoring.


If monitoring reveals evidence of criminal or inappropriate activity, Network Systems personnel will provide evidence of this activity to executive management for corrective action.
